Return Policy

Items are sold to be returned if the buyer who purchased products from website: meroshopping.com gives those products back to the vendor on the website www.meroshopping.com
Vendor (Mero Shopping) is liable to accept returned ( request within 7 days from the date of payment realization( Purchase Date ) )
goods if
  • The item was defective
  • The item was damaged during the Shipping
  • The products were missing
  • Or the Wrong item was sent by Us
Return Policy Terms
We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
Buyer need to raise the refund request within 7 days from the date of payment realization.
Once Buyer has raised a return request by contacting Mero Shopping, any of the following options can be taken:

Replace after shipment collection

Mero Shopping (Vendor) has agreed that the replacement will be made only after the returned goods is obtained by the logistics team of Mero Shopping.

Refund without shipment collection

Mero Shopping (Vendor) has agreed to refund the buyer before obtaining the returned product.

Refund in Cash

If Mero Shopping accepts the return request raised by the Buyer, Buyer will have to return the product and only then will the refund made to the buyer.

NOTE

The expenses acquired during the shipment of returned and/or replacement product like transportation cost, Courier charge and all other charges would be the responsibility of buyer.
Refund Process
1. Once the buyer raises the refund request within 7 days from the date of payment realization, we will ask with buyer for ‘Reason for return’. We are liable to accept return request only if the reason for return is either due to item was defective or the item was damaged during the Shipping or the products were missing or the Wrong item was sent by Us.
2. When the client provides us with reason, we will inspect whether the given reason is valid or not.
3. The buyer will be informed about the "approval" or "rejection" of the replacement request.
4. In case the Vendor accepts the replacement request, Buyer shall be required to return the product to the Vendor and only after return of the product shall vendor will be obliged to provide the replacement product to the Buyer.
5. In case the Vendor does not have the product at all, Vendor can provide the refund to the Buyer and Buyer shall be obligated to accept the refund in lieu of replacement. All the product parameters shall be required to be complied with in cases of replacement.
