This Honey is the natural sweet substance produced by honeybees from the nectar of Buckwheat blossoms, which honeybees collect, transform and combine with specific substances of their own, store and leave in the honey comb to ripen and mature.

Buckwheat honey is very strong deep in taste and dark in color. It is less sweet than other regular honey but rich in vitamins and higher in antioxidants contents. Buckwheat is a grain commonly farmed in Nepal. When in bloom short stalks produce large pink flowers. Rich sources of both pollen and nectar, bees love foraging from these flowers.
