I have tried many exercise machines available in Nepal so I was skeptical when I heard of ab rock twister. I checked online for the review and was thrilled to get good reviews. So, I ordered it from Mero Shopping by paying the price of NRs 8500. I have come to know that Ab rock twister is the best ab exercise machine for me. It burned the extra fat from my stomach easily and at higher speed. I have been using it since a month and my body shape has reduced from 35 to 32.

It gave resistance both while the machine moves up and down. This is the best abdominal exercise machine for home as it is light and easy to store. The machine has worked best for my lower back muscles. I would definitely recommend Ab rock twister for those who are looking for getting better abs from home.

It has strengthen my core. I could easily try crunch, reverse crunch and oblique exercises. The seat design helped me to easily twist and turn my lower body. The springs gave enough resistance for the best exercise. The cushion gave both support as well as massage so that I did not feel back pain as I usually did while using other ab exercise machines.

I have been able to loss significant weight from my body making me slim. I am grateful to Ab rock twister for giving me great abs.
